ASOS is Deepening its Partnership with Israeli Tech

A delegation of ten senior ASOS executives, headed by CIO Cliff Cohen, were hosted by Re:Tech Innovation Hub in Tel-Aviv. The executives met with leading Israeli retail and e-commerce startups, and participated in the launch of Re:Tech Labs’ new programme, designed to accelerate innovation within big retailers through introducing technology from new and innovative companies. The event included opening remarks by Re:Tech partners Yael Kochman and Alla Foht, followed by a keynote by ASOS’ CIO Cliff Cohen.

The startups participating in the programme are: Howazit , a customer experience management platform with a pro-active approach that allows businesses to communicate effectively with their customers; Shoodoo, an AI-based platform providing advanced data and predictive analysis for companies and organisations, allowing managers to make better decisions in a simple manner that does not require any prior statistical knowledge; Wishi , an online styling marketplace, connecting customers with stylists who offer their professional advice and create highly personalised shopping experience.

All three startups pitched their products and received live feedback from the ASOS team, a stepping stone on the way to a future collaboration with the online retail giant.
